On Sunday, April 28 from 4-7pm, SURGE: Taurus Toga Tea Dance will celebrate springtime sunshine, spring birthdays and burst of spring color under the fresh, spring air! 

The Rooftop at the Providence G’s monthly LGBTQIA+ Tea Dance is the only one of its kind in New England. It’s a social event that brings all groups of the community together for an afternoon of catching up with old friends, making new ones, and dancing under the sun in the heart of downtown Providence. 

Join SURGE host and drag entertainer Ninny Nothin’ along with special guest Lucy Diamonds for the afternoon (drag performance at 6pm), and vibe to beats by DJ Jake. 

Wear a Toga, and receive a free Butterfly Cannon Tequila fanny pack or sweatshirt! 

Plus, rumor has it that there will be a special birthday toast to all the spring babies out there. If your birthday is in April, May or June, show your ID to the host for a special SURGE birthday treat!

For April, SURGE will be supporting AIDS Care Ocean State as it’s charity of the month accepting open donations and hosting a raffle for the chance to win multiple items.
