Rooftop at the Providence G, ISCO Spirits and ENO Fine Wines & Spirits are partnering together for a special spirits tasting dinner on Monday, March 6 at 6 PM. ISCO Spirits, a Providence-based distillery, produces sustainable-sourced vodka, gin and bourbons, including the country’s first oyster-distilled vodka.
Perched high above the Providence cityscape, dinner guests will enjoy a four-course dinner paired with craft cocktails using ISCO Spirits, while taking in some of the most stunning unobstructed views that Providence has to offer. Barbacoa blue corn tacos paired with a cocktail made using ISCO’s extremely limited Blue Velvet Bourbon, and a Rhode Island oyster amuse bouche with ISCO’s Ostreida oyster-distilled vodka are just a couple of the pairings for the evening. Throughout dinner, learn about the spirits and culinary pairings by Rooftop Executive Chef Scott Trufan and ISCO Spirits owner Manya Rubinstein. Live entertainment will be provided by Frankie Lee Retrospect.
In partnership with downtown wine & spirits retailer, ENO, guests will receive a special discount on ISCO purchases in their local shop on Westminster Street.
